• Incorrect selection of fabric type, color, or quantity

• Dissatisfaction with fabric characteristics such as color, weight, stretch, or texture

• Delays due to shipping carriers, customs processing, or international transit times

• Orders placed for fabric samples or full-length yardage

We strongly encourage customers to place a sample order before purchasing larger quantities to ensure suitability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

• Cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be accommodated, as order processing will have already begun.

Damaged or Defective Products
